I could plate the appetizer above better than the F crew did if I had an iPad and 2 min video to follow in the galley - as well as a few stickers that say "don't serve the plastic!" and "ask the passenger if you can get them anything else - every time!". Are these options?
I've had two F flights this year where it felt the crew were thrown into F unprepared. One even told me as such. It blows.
