I see the same with SJC. You have to type "San Jose" and then pick the correct airport from the pop up list.
Yes. I had guessed as much. I hope whoever did the web front end has been sacked for gross incompetence but I suspect instead has been promoted to spread chaos and confusion elsewhere within BA’s systems.
