45 minutes is near pushing your luck and personally, I would not recommend it. You'll need to have everything go well (short security screening line, no delays in your flight, no bus congestion to get you to the terminal, and hope the gates are near by versus taking the tram to the other end...ie Jakarta flights are always on the opposite end of arrivals and takes forever to get to). 75 minutes is doable. I had a 50-60 minute connection once for SFO-DOH-CGK, and booked a transfer service only for that reason, knowing its a tight connection. Even the agent was nervous and called the gate. Boarding was nearly done, and about 1/4 of the people left by the time I got to the gate. You won't have time to freshen up, relax between the flights, and to visit the lounges.
