I believe the answer is no. Being a AA PLAT, you are entitled to use any OW lounge for departures only regardless class of travel. You cannot use OW lounges for arrivals.

So, flying AA in J and being a AA Plat will not get you into BA arrivals lounge. You have to be traveling on BA F or J, or be a BA Gold member.
