BA exec club gets its feed from the airline …AS/CX etc…if points and avios have not posted then it sits with the carrier you flew on and if the one world status stuck..
easy enough fix ring the exec club and they will raise a chase up…you need your flights, cabin travelled, class booked, dates, and the ticket number…
if all else fails BA can force the TP n avios best T

I guess without the proof of itinerary with associated e-ticket number, and boarding pass, they need to confirm with AS that the e-ticket number is valid, that it was flown and what the booking class was. But the thing that worries me the most is the 8 weeks it takes to process all this.
That has to be a human in the loop in this process to take that many weeks. I'm going to give it two weeks after I submit the claim and just call the BAEC call centre.
