Thanks a lot for the information. I did registration for myself yesterday. But now, when I logged in, I noticed that in MY DETAILS tab, there is field called 'Your name on the membership card: ' (right above the residence field), it displays the value different from that shown in the Name field (the 1st field under Personal details). Should they match?
Is this an issue? what is 'Your name on the membership card' for? Is it a nickname?

Below is what I mean:

Personal Details :

Name: Correct Name displayed
D.O.B: xxxxx
Gender: xxxxx
Telephone*: xxxxxxx
Alternative Telephone:
Your name on the membership card: A different value displayed here
Residence:xxx
