UA2609 LAX-BOS 08/19/23: Breakfast








PDB offerings were water, OJ and mimosas - went with mimosas.

Old Fashioned as the pre-meal beverage.

For FT taste testing, selected the waffle since the Purser indicated it had a cherry compote topping and Mrs. selected the frittata. The waffle topping was actually apple as I suspected and the dish of course is sweeeet. The frittata was the egg white bites. Croissants were warmed.

Had the tomato juice to knock down my insulin high and later had a coffee with Baileys.

Effective and efficient service from the Purser and FA supporting her in the galley. Breakfast service was started after we past LAS due to Hilary induced weather in Eastern California and LAS area.
