Will your ticket be repriced? No.
Is it possible that you could end up with the threat of being sued if you do this dozens of times? Possibly. Lufthansa sued a passenger in 2018, but the case was eventually dropped.
Could you be kicked out of an airline's frequent flyer program if you do this regularly? More possibly, although it's again unlikely unless you do it dozens of times.

In short: as long as you don't do it every week and are willing to deal with the IRROPS repercussions if things go wrong, you won't be out any extra money.
