The pork belly wrap was my favorite item but he forgot the sauce and I was too lazy to send it back.
Got the burger and he forgot half the toppings. This happened at all the tables. This seems to happen at IAD and EWR. I've still yet to try their "special" sauce, ORD sauce (terrible name) or DC mambo sauce as they never have it

Staff seems to be working hard but always in a rush. Unlike EWR where some people seem to be in no hurry or standing around and some times just rude.
