UX not crediting properly on DL
Hi
i’ve been trying to contact someone at DL as it seems that the earning chart for UX is not correct. For more than a year, N fares have been the fully flexible UX fares but it still doesn’t appear on the chart, and those credit always at ineligible.
Each time this happens I try to contact by phone but all they do is either try to resubmit for processing or proceed to tell me UX is not a partner. As the only ST alternative for some of my route is with UX now this is starting to make me move business to OW.
Any idea who I could contact by email, as my Skymiles feedback always go to AF for assistance automatically because of my account address and they say they cannot help.
