On a related note, I had a bit of an unusual one a few months back. Booked DOH-KUL-MNL on QR website, with the first leg operated by QR and second leg operated by MH. MH leg booked into I class. Followed up after a while and was told that I class on MH is not eligible for earning avios/qpoints on QR, despite the fact that it didn't state that on the MH section on the QR website and that the ticket was sold by QR. They wouldn't budge on it and have since updated the website, but it's extremely annoying nonetheless.
