I think the best you can do is an SSR CKIN to say something like “PAX INBOUND ON LOxxx”. It won’t protect you if you properly misconnect but might give the gate staff a good reason to call the DCS people to wait for you a bit. If you misconnect you’ll be on the goodwill of the staff, your silver tongue and as per the ticket conditions for no-show.

For this I would call and ask them to put the SSR CKIN remark in your second PNR.
