My preferred one is the Protea Sea Point. Very nice restaurant options around. Easy to get an Uber too. It's a pretty cheap option, but a solid decent 3 stars hotel. Westin is sadly way overrated these days. It used to have one of the best breakfast lounge in the world....but that's 15 years ago!
