I used the claim missing avios from partner airlines online form on July 20 for a flight on June 21, they were posted a week later when I went back to check (July 28).
After a successful run of multiple AS flights I was hopeful this was resolved, only to find my recent flight from 12 days ago still hasn't posted.
Thanks for sharing. This is new as previously there was no support for AS. Now you just need the e-ticket + flight details vs sending in the invoice and boarding pass.
