Just completed my 3rd time staying at the Sapphire House. Upgraded to Brilliant Diamond Junior Suite 2 days prior to arrival, shown in app. The room was on the top floor of the annex building and original wood beams were kept. If you are a very tall person, it is possible to hit your head on them in certain points in the room. A canvas property branded tote bag was left in the room, mini bar/snack were complimentary, minus the alcohol. Bathroom no longer uses Diptyque, but rather French brand Gemology. Great separate tub, and shower pressure I found was better in the main building. TV has chrome cast, and bed is very comfortable. (Firm)

The Portobello Mushroom Burger is excellent in their PlantN Restaurant.

Breakfast is a buffet, plant based, but as the previous poster said, one can order real eggs and sausage. The breakfast area did not smell like bacon nor sausage when I was there this past weekend. I am not a complete vegan but I do love to eat plant based once in a while, and love this property for their concept. I really like how much variety there is in their breakfast buffet offering. The hummus is very good as is their bakery options, served with vegan butter. There is a separate à la carte menu that accompanies the buffet that one can order off of.

The velvet bag with the two gems found in the rooms upon checking in, are now redeemable in the bar area for a chocolate each. No longer beverages.
