No, not even close.
Though I'm not a fan of Phoenician main building - rooms need renovation. Canyon Suites are nice.
At Camelback, the main pool sucks but the spa pool is nice. The setting and grounds are gorgeous.
Sanctuary is a different level (and usually priced accordingly).
I prefer Camelback, Canyon Suites, and Sanctuary over Andaz. IMO the only reason to pick Andaz would be Hyatt benefits and/or lower rate.
