It depends on the airport and the willingness of the staff. But technically according to the rules, the answer is "no".

AF can let things slide, usually if it's you plus a couple others at their aeroports in France. With KLM, they've been cracking down on such types of behaviour at AMS, so only those with Skypriority on their boarding passes will be given priority. And they will only get SP if they have the required status; your benefits don't transfer over onto their tickets.
