i’ve never seen any major price variances between itmatrix and ba online for flight costs.
For holidays i have managed to bend the booking engine to my will, but its not easy, however it also is scrutiny free at time of booking - not sure if thats a benefit or not when bouncing in and out of london within one holiday
. Others have reported good results phoning in the booking.
