To be Devil's advocate, I think they genuinely don't know how to run a hotel. Suites would appear and reappear over the weekend, odd with a 21 day cancel. The Rooms Division Manager appeared very relaxed.

Overall, I was happy with our Junior Suite with Jacuzzi more than a Suite with Pool.
