Menus and platings from a recent jump between LHR to DEN, and the return leg a week later. The gentlemen looking after my side of the J cabin outbound was wonderfully heavy-handed on the G&T pours - God speed that man. Overall service was very pleasant both ways - slight hiccup in that the veg on the return chicken dish was rock hard, but otherwise all reasonably tasty. And a shoutout to both crews who had to handle all manner of faffery from Heathrow ground operations. Delays, broken jetties, stressed passengers trying to make connections - they did everything they could to keep everyone calm and comfortable, and did it gracefully. Fair play to them all.
