I recently charged my legacy $149.99 HBO Max, now just Max, subscription to the card and it didn't trigger the Lifestyle credit. Called and they confirmed it should credit, so they submitted it for manual review. A week or so later I got a letter in the documents and statements section of the mobile app saying the charge does qualify and I would see the credit next billing cycle. Billing cycle closed next week, still no credit. Called again and the rep said I should have gotten a credit and submitted it for manual review again. Finally a few days later the meter in the mobile app moved and I received the credit
