When I applied (and when I was conditionally approved), I was only Canadian.

By the time I did my interview, I had CA+US passports.

The card showed up today, and it says my citizenship is USA, and it's linked to my US passport.

So now that I finally have this, I have a question on the "tourism" usage.

Looking at https://www.apec.org/docs/default-so...rsn=260f0b80_2, it seems fairly obvious, but it's not clear to me if that tourism column is for "visa exemption with a non-US/CA ABTC", or if it's "you're only allowed to even pull the card out in these countries".

Can I use the "fast-lane" in all those countries if I'm entering as a tourist? I'd obviously have all necessary visas etc. to enter as a tourist.
