As an additional data point, I've flown 10 flight legs with AS in April, May and August. The 3 flights legs on AS in April all automatically posted the following Wednesday (US time). The 2 flight legs on AS in May also automatically posted on the following Wednesday. Recently I flew on AS during the first week of August. My first leg which I flew on Monday posted two days later on Wednesday (US time).

However my return leg on Friday (8/11) has yet to be posted (which should have posted the following Wednesday) and it's been more than a week. Right after this trip, my family flew on AS again on three different flight legs in a matter of 4 days and all of us have none of those flights posted in all of our BA accounts. It appears whatever was fixed for AS to BA TP and Avios automatic posting is broken as it seems unusual that 4 different AS flights have not been posted at all, and across different people. I can see a glitch impacting one person and one flight, but for me all 4 flights on different days screams an information technology (IT) issue between AS and BA.

It looks like I'm going to have to do what I did before by performing post 142 and giving BAEC Call Centre on the Gold line to "beg" for those flights to be posted.

That said, I've noticed that under the "My Executive Club Menu" with "Claim missing Avios" menu selection, you can now submit an AS (Alaska Airlines) BA Partner claim for missing Avios and TPs which clearly did not exist last year for me. It even states that to wait 7 days before submitting claim. I went ahead and submitted BA Partner claim for my 2 out of 4 of my missing AS legs (I will submit the rest in a few days) with the eTicket number (even though it was stated as optional). I can see the status of my claims online too.

Does anyone know if this method has worked for them? Faster or slower than post 142 or calling the BAEC Call Centre?
