It's already handled. I have no reason to believe they would lie about refunding my money, and I am sure it'll show up on my credit card. As for my faith in Hyatt, that is basically gone.
Truly Speaking - I am not someone who really complains. And I have even been verbally accosted by a FA! Yet I responded by telling her that I can imagine she was having a bad day and allowed her to apologize. Many people would look at it, as a chance to hit the Jackpot in terms of compensation, or miles -- but I just wanted her to apologize, and let her know that we all have bad moments.
As for Hyatt. They have shown me what kind of hotel chain they are. I shouldn't have to escalate things or be some sort of Globalist to receive good service. If that's the kind of company they are - I am not interested in doing business with them.
