Looking to book 10 nights, 2 rooms, Level 45, in June/July 2024. I would like to book with points transferred from Amex. Is this a good idea? I have not booked a Hilton property with points before so any advice would be welcome.

Currently Hilton website is showing no availability (cash or points) at this property. I am presuming that is simply not taking bookings so far in advance.
