I hope they will take our feedback seriously this time. One of the option to choose they present it is actually ANA product (The Room) which is way better than the proposed option. Although the “Concept 6” by LH is good it will be probably marked as Business Plus not standard business.
I wish they do the same survey about First Class too 🙄
