I just saw
this article and it contained an interesting sentence:
In my experience, buying certain gift card types, like Home Depot or Best Buy, with a Kroger gift card is a bit trickier but not impossible.
(They're talking about in-store, at least for the most part.)
Does anyone have any insight into this? What are the challenges? What are the workarounds?
(Not exactly MS but maybe your expertise would be applicable.)
