Was given similar instructions @ IAH two weekends ago...had an IONIQ5. Hyundai/Kia appear to be aligned with the ElectrifyAmerica program, with charging stations at retailers such as WalMart, CVS, and Walgreen.
Was admittedly concerned about those instructions, so I charged it to the 90ish range with fast charging that took about 20 min (although with Houston traffic by the time I got to IAH it was back in the 70s). Will be interesting to monitor for future charges.

kulak There is no separate invoice for charging similar to the electronic tolls. correct?
