I have Global Entry and Precheck, if that matters.
I was recently rebooked to an international-to-domestic connection at ORD with 85 minutes between the flights.
Even with GE and TSAPre, there's no way I'm going to subject myself to that, and the AA phone agent changed my routing without any fuss.
(The I-D MCT at ORD is 85 minutes, so it was was technically a legal connection, but that's too risky for my taste).
