Got to the executive lounge at 6pm , a few folk around but very quiet.

CANAPÉS - veggie gyoza / pork belly and rice, salad bowls , reasonable cheeseboard But no grapes, crudités, cold meats.

SPIRITS - whiskey ( jd and Ballantines ) vodka, gin ( beefeater) Havana club .

BEERS - Bud and Perroni

WINE - Red / white and a great prosseco.

We only stayed one hour and the lounge was very quiet during this time only a few folk present, one staff member on who was very efficient clearing plates , etc.
We decided not to have dinner in Greenwich as we simply wasn’t hungry after the lounge canapés so we just visited a few riverside pubs there and returned at 10:30pm and ate in the bar off the small plates menu (I recommend the Korean chicken wings and apparently the Mac and cheese was very nice too )

Slept well, obviously a little alcohol induced but bed was very comfortable I also found out that I can control the tv from my iPad on the Hilton app, very amusing watching my confused lady when the tv appears to magically turn on.

GYM /SAUNA - very quiet this morning, just myself and another guy.

BREAKFAST - was on the busy side but service good and plates cleared promptly, no change to the selection since last visit in June.

CHECK OUT - done this online at 10:30 am but left hotel at 1pm after a walk over the shops on the wharf, concierge was quite happy for the car to be left as long as needed.

CONCLUSION - another solid stay, slight niggle that rooms was not ready until 3:30pm but we was well compensated with 4 drink chits so really no complaints, will happily return.

ROOM NO - 1414 ( ours ) 1410 ( our friends)

NEXT PLANNED STAY - Hilton Leicester ( 21 / 10 / 23 )
