Nope.

The thing is, that the airlines routinely engage in pricing practices that look like a conspiracy, so it's not surprising we have conspiracy theorists convinced it's based on targeting cookies. I needed to purchase two seats on SK yesterday but the inventory was 1 in all relevant buckets, meaning that buying 2 together raised the price about $100. So I bought one, and low and behold, SK magically released 2 more seats in all relevant buckets. Then, I missed a brand new (8/17) 7 day AP requirement last night by 19 minutes on SFO-PHX, and the fare jumped $99 - UA is no longer selling anything under a V ($231) less than 7 days out. And what do you know - AA and WN coincidentally now impose exact same AP (AS has not followed).
