I'm having the same problem as others. I've got an account that a friend was able to transfer points to me immediately yesterday and when my wife tries with her account they won't transfer (we've tried multiple browsers, etc - we get a receipt but nothing happens). Both accounts are over 30 days old.

HHonours chat was rather useless about it.
