Thanks for reporting your experience with upgrading a points' booking. But why should an upgrade to a premium room qualify as upgrade with a SUITE Upgrade Voucher? Honestly, I am already disappointed that IHG gets along with upgrades to Junior Suites with a CSU voucher instead of to a 'real' Suite.
