I don't know if anyone here is having the same problem as me or not. I tried to contact KVS multiple times on the KVS website, and I never got a response. This is not the first time that I signed up for KVS, but is the first time that I can't register nor gotten Permanent Registration Credentials by the date they promise. I bought 2 months membership, and the temporary registration only lasted one month, and now I haven't been able to use any KVS services. I really need to use the mobile companion app too. It is really frustrating, does anyone know any other way I can contact KVS?
