Have not noticed any rattling in BA Club Suite. Was hugely bothered by rattling of the center divider in AF F once, although nobody was in the other middle seat so I could leave it down (it didn't rattle in the down position).
The doors are a "nice to have" IMO, but are not that high up on the list of priority needs when flying J. When I'm sleeping on my side, it's "nice to know" that my rear end isn't exposed to the aisle.
