That's another issue I have with those NZ seats - having to ask an FA to turn it into a bed - and then back to a seat. I like being able to change it myself. Although I will admit that the mattress pad in the video looked pretty cushy! Remember Mr. Pillows??? I'd like to have FOUR UA mattress pads. . . . that would be nice . . . "Ms. Mattress" doesn't quite have the same appeal though . . .
