Ok, I'm feeling really stupid now. It took forever for me to sign in after creating my account (it didn't let me login with the email, and I kept adding TK to the membership number while, apparently, I shouldn't).

But now that I'm in, I can't manage my booking. I booked with Chase, I have a reservation number, I ask to manage it and it asks me for ticket number and passenger names to check in. I don't want to check in, just want to add mileage numbers and other info to the booking. What should I do?
