Over 13 years since the last report, so...
Stayed here for a one-night stay last night, and it wasn't without problems.
Hilton website claims their airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes until 12:30am. Turns out it's every hour until 11:30pm. Whilst waiting for the shuttle I tried calling the hotel 5 times to confirm it was running, with none of them being answered (not even with a message). When the shuttle eventually appeared it almost drove straight past - turns out I was waiting at the wrong "Hotel Shuttle" pickup area (there's about 5 of them, and they only pickup at 3). I'm not sure how I was supposed to know that, and the other 2 people that it turned out were waiting too also didn't know either. The shuttle drivers answer to that was that I could have called the hotel and they would have told me, but, well... Short version - for Terminal H/J, make sure you're at stop 21 and not 23!
No mention of upgrade at check-in, and I didn't ask - despite the app offering me several upgrades when I'd looked only about an hour earlier. Both of my credit cards were declined by their machine, which seemingly was something on their side as when they moved to a second computer and started again it worked. Diamond amenity (drink/snack) wasn't offered.
The room itself was typical Hampton, with a very slight smell of smoke. Given I knew there was a line at check-in (the others from the shuttle), and given it was already almost midnight I just went with it and ignored the smoke. Woke up around 3am to an even stronger smell of smoke, and even stronger again in the bathroom. I'm presuming someone in another room had taken to smoking in the bathroom and the air had made it to the vent in my bathroom. Hard to blame the hotel for that, but still annoying.
Breakfast was, again, typical Hampton.
All up, I wouldn't stay there again if only for the shuttle. If you're not coming from the airport, or happy just to pay for your own Uber/Taxi to avoid the wait, then it's probably fine, however there's multiple other Hilton properties is the area around the same price.

Happy to say that 20 years later the Free high-speed internet is still offered! The business center on the other hand now consists of a computer and a printer next to the breakfast area. I'm not sure that there was even a seat - seemingly it's only purpose was for printing things.
