I'm trying to login to the account I just created and it just doesn't work.

I used 6 digits like they asked and everything seems to work. Then I try to login (with both email and membership number) and it doesn't work.

I reset the password with 6 digits, try again, and fail.

What should I do?

Edit to add: Okay, managed to sign in: membership doesn't have the TK number. But now I can't manage my booking - it asks for ticket numbers and passenger names to check in. For a flight 6 months from now.
