Two conclusions from this vacation: 1) If you book a Premium Suite as a Glob, you are unlikely to get a higher category suite even if available (this is not required under the T/Cs so is fair. 2) If you book Hyatt Prive allow enough time for the property to confirm your upgrade. On both occasions I booked on Friday for a Monday stay and the Sales Directors don't work weekends.
