Hotel is playing games with Suite upgrade availability. The Andaz suite only shows up if you book a stay for 7 days or more. So I did an award stay for 7 days and asked to be upgraded. The globalist line was arguing with me that there are no suites, so I said, how come I can book one for cash. I went away and booked it for cash to prove the point...haha.. still cancellable of course.

I really need my Hyatt concierge, it's been a month and a half and no welcome email. Hyatt customer service is going to put me in touch with them. They tried calling the hotel twice, it's 9am there and nobody picking up.
