It's possible but not guaranteed. What I will say is that this is one of the best locations I've been to in terms of accommodating EE customers. They have a dedicated section of luxury cars by the entrance that they allow EE members to take from, but typically haven't seen convertibles. So I'd ask the attendant, but worse comes to worst, you'll at least get a nice car.
To add to this, sometimes Enterprise.com will allow you to reserve classes that National.com cannot even though they usually share the same fleet at airports. MAybe book a backup Enterprise one that you can cancel for free depending on how desperately you want a convertible versus what is on the lot at National?
