Flying PE would get me back to Gold, but Y would not, and would be a bit miserable on top of that. PE probably would be perfectly fine for the daytime flight. Maybe less so if I need to be functional the next day. Either way seems like I might risk that and the crediting goat rodeo unless I come up with a good MR to fill the gap.

One additional question - when AS marketed presumably you can pay the fares with wallet funds? That would make a nice difference as I have a decent balance at the moment.
