I fly UA all the time, and the soft product is all over the place. Sometimes, the FAs are super attentive and pleasant, and at other times completely surly and unreliable. I just flew back from Frankfurt to SFO, and the FA assigned to me did not offer to replenish my drink/water even once, and forgot to return my jacket! I would avoid UA if I can, but it is pretty difficult living in SF.
