Reporting an upgrade for two us from LHR to Naples economy to business-got the ‘magic beep’ on scanning boarding passes at the gate-except it didn’t sound magic-we thought we’d done something wrong-wife’s sliver and I’m gold and we were travelling on a BA holiday-we’d already paid a bit more on a change fee to change our flight dates so we got better value in the end!!!
