Since the visa is multiple entry, I don’t really understand the rational, but they all mentioned that I would risk being denied boarding at departure city with such an itinerary, even if I hold the 1 year tourism visa.
Wondering if anyone ever booked this on this thread and successfully flew it?

Weird. You would say that if you have say a 30 day visa you can enter the country in JED, fly to RUH, and leave from there. Commonplace in so many countries for which you need visa (China for that matter - start like you plan in CAN and fly out from BJS). For a return you would need of course a double entry visa. But I guess Saudia and Tourist boards know what they talk about....
