Arrived 11am , car into car park, room not ready but understandable.
Went off for lunch returned 3pm and room still not ready, given key to executive lounge and FD assistant comes up with key cards for both rooms @ 3-30pm upgraded to executive on level 14 and 4 drink vouchers given for the inconvenience.
I feel this is fair compensation.
Just to add executive lounge was empty except another couple sitting in the corner, nuts and biscuits available but as before no afternoon tea as such.
KING EXECUTIVE ROOM- same as my post a few months back , no change, did notice a tab now on app for remote controls in room ( tv, air conditioning and lighting ) but pretty sure it’s not available yet.
Off for a sauna shortly and plan to be in executive lounge for 6pm sharp.

Gym and sauna both empty, as I’ve said previously the sauna here is particularly great, it’s very hot , the steam room was working too but didn’t indulge…nothing else to report except the spa area looks like it’s had a lick of paint.
Off to lounge at 6 pm and then off to Greenwich for dinner, will probably use the drink vouchers for a nightcap upon returning.
Will report back!
