GHA_Insider I completed a stay recently at Capella Singapore.

But apparently on my stay history, it was written that the rate is ineligible.
The rate in question was : Capella Discovery Advance Purchase rate and it was booked through GHA Discovery own apps.

How can Discovery own rate marked as ineligible?
