coming from DUB on a23 or a22 they should only be checking BPs if you want to go right and to flight connections. If you are just heading to the DUB arrivals corridor no one should be checking. Perhaps an overzealous hal agent if they were checking everyone?
Yeah. I think this is most likely what happened. Might have looked like people getting off in London were getting checked but I’ve never seen this. I’m 99.9% sure it was only transferring pax getting the check.
