I think I know the guy who you mention. The same one who told me yesterday that he will check about HON guarantee for a KL flight between CUR and AMS... Useless...
RE: limo... This is what Miles and More webpage says: "Limo service applies to all scheduled flights operated by Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS." So, you should be OK. But please do report how it goes. Thank you.
